Oh no!!!! no no no!!! So the wood wing rib I have been working on at school has been crushed and ruined at the trailing edge!!

Yep, after we spend many heartbreaking hours painstakingly putting together this nice little clark Y rib design.... our next project is to accomplish a repair on a wooden wing rib, compliments of our previous projects of drafting and lofting a complete rib. So for my repair, as I wanted to keep my rib as display ready as possible, the instructor took a hammer and chisel to the trailing edge and crushed the wood there. This is what I got to work on today, and most of tomorrow by the looks of it. Pics are on my facebook of the rib before it was heartlessly mutilated!
